This intimate Laguna Beach elopement at Crescent Bay Point Park was so sweet with these two :)
Lauren and Matt held an intimate Laguna Beach elopement at Crescent Bay Point Park in California and it was everything. Instead of throwing a big wedding, they invited only their closest friends and family, making it more of a super sweet beach adventure elopement. And as a California elopement photographer, I've photographed multiple elopements of a similar style - but every one has been unique based on what's most important to the couple.
I also always love hearing the unique ways that couples meet each other: with Lauren and Matt, it all started on Bumble (the dating app!). How cute, right? Successful dating app love stories get me every time :)
Matt wore a classic solid black tux, and Lauren wore the Clo Gown from Grace Loves Lace, full of floral lace details, along with a long, rose-patterned veil. They held their ceremony at one of the most best spots to elope in California, under a gorgeous cave at Crescent Bay, surrounded by their loved ones. Their two sweet kids, Ethan and Micaela, were the flower girl and ring bearer, and his friend officiated the ceremony. After they tied the knot, they went to a nearby restaurant with 20 of their loved ones to celebrate the evening.
Aaand an exciting announcement came about a month after their wedding, in September - Lauren & Matt are now expecting a new little boy come February of 2021! So excited for these two and all that is to come with their sweet little family. I can't wait to hopefully photograph their new little one :)
